Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: - All bookings must be completed online through our website, and payment is required at the time of booking to secure the participant's spot. - Lauren Frost Softball will collect and store your information for booking purposes only and will not share it with third parties without your consent. - Any additional charges incurred will be sent via invoice to the email address provided and must be paid within 30 days. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. - Lauren Frost Softball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or facility issues). In such cases, participants will be offered a reschedule or refund. Check-In: - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session for check-in. Equipment: - All participants must arrive with the required gear, including a glove, athletic shoes (no cleats!), a bat, a helmet, and a water bottle. - A limited supply of bats and helmets may be made available to use during the session, but are not guaranteed. - Neither Lauren Frost Softball nor the facility providers are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Behavior & Conduct: - Appropriate behavior (at the discretion of Lauren Frost Softball) is expected from all participants during all camps, clinics, and lessons. - Should a participant’s behavior become unsafe or disruptive, I acknowledge that Lauren Frost Softball reserves the right to remove them from the session without refund. Photography & Media: - If you do not wish for the participant’s image to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and flyers, please notify Lauren Frost Softball in writing prior to the session. Parent/Guardian Supervision: - Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay and watch but are not required to remain on-site during the session.
