WHAT TO EXPECT

Lauren Frost instructing a Lauren Frost Softball Participant on hitting.

Supportive coaching

We're here to encourage, guide, and cheer on every player, no matter their starting skill level. With no more than 6 players per session, everyone receives ample coaching and attention.

Skill development

We'll cover throwing, fielding, hitting, base running, and understanding the game and rules of softball to help your young player build a strong foundation.

Short and sweet sessions

Each session is 1.5 hours long–just the right amount of time to learn, stay energized, and end each session with fun games to practice what's been learned.
