Younger athletes (7–11) will enjoy an action-packed, fundamentals-driven session with hands-on reps in defense, hitting, pitching for all, and fun, age-appropriate mental performance work.

Older athletes (12–18) will dive into a faster-paced session featuring defense, hitting, and pitching instruction for current or aspiring pitchers, with mental performance training woven throughout to build confidence, sharpen focus, and support strong game play.
